They provide exercise for the owner and social contact when walking, doing agility or obedience training.
They help lift depression, helping suffer's to get outside and reconnect with the world.
They provide company and undemanding love for the lonely, childless or old people living alone.
They provide physical security for those alone and children learn responsibility when caring for a dog.
It's up to us to nurture and love our dog's, it's our part of the relationship.
