We got a lovely little Tibetian Spaniel called Nem that changed our lives.
He was gentle, loving and loyal.
All of us loved him so much.
He had a thick double coat and suffered from skin irritations.
We never found a product worked for him and we felt we could do better.
Sarah formulated the product with no nasty chemicals and created a shampoo and conditioner that was highly effective with a good mix of botanicals.
She had access to great fragrances and so our first shampoo and conditioner came into being.
Nem's skin cleared up and his coat became very glossy.
We were very pleased with the results, although Sarah was always confident that it would be a great product.
Over time we decided to make more  and our company evolved.
Nem is the inspiration for our business, is the logo and figurehead.
We took lots of photos of all our dogs for the website and for marketing and two days later Nem unexpectedly died.
We remember him every day as we work with the products he inspired......
